LotusPixelz Marketplace

1. We here at LotusPixelz would like to thank you for visiting our website. Our goal is to provide a premium e-commerce marketplace for buying and selling selling goods.

2. When you create an account and accept these terms you become a member of our community. You will have an LotusPixelz account that will allow you to buy and sell items like the ones found on the LotusPixelz marketplace.

3. The items on LotusPixelz are owned by the authors, not by us. The items on LotusPixelz are uploaded at the direction of the author. We provide the platform services; we do not take ownership of the items.


2. Selling on LotusPixelz

2.1 BECOMING A SELLER:

Before you can start selling on LotusPixelz, you will have to be approved by a staff member to become an official LotusPixelz seller. Official LotusPixelz sellers get access to the LotusPixelz dashboard and can upload and edit their products directly to the site. Please review our Terms and Conditions before applying. If you get accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to register. Applications typically take us 3-5 days to review.

2.2 COMMISSION:

  • LotusPixelz only takes a commission fee of 20% of each sale.
  • All transactions are done through PayPal. Please provide the correct PayPal information in the submission form as this is where we will be sending the sale money when your product sells.
  • Payments are subject to Shopify and PayPal fees
  • If a buyer is paying via a credit/debit card or an eCheck, payments can take up to a week to arrive. Do not be alarmed if you don't instantly receive your money.
       

      2.3 PAYMENT DISPUTES:

      It is possible that a buyer may charge back the money they paid for an item. This is something that we will work hard at make sure happens as little as possible.  There are a few steps we take to insure every sale processes with no hassles. When a buyer files a charge back, the money is automatically taken from our account. If a charge back happens when don't ask for the money back unless it is for a logo that is sold. We will hold the funds while we dispute the charge back. If we win the funds will be returned to you, if not we keep the funds and put your logo back up for sale.
